Illustrating and teaching and fungi is my professional arena. Thus the majority of my fungal pictures have a rather scientific approach: Always turn a specimen, make a section or do a close up of a detail (see MycoKey). But in between (and luckily more and more often) I get time for the pure joy photography of these creatures. Some results are below.
